• Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur
  A prestigious hotel which construction period was very tight between 1983 to 1985 with contract sum of RM 6.5 million
• Upgrading of Hospital Besar Kuala Lumpur
  Consider the most complicated project as the existing system should not be interrupted and a lot of liaison with the maintenance team to conduct trouble-shooting. Scope of work involved High & Low Voltage Electrical Services, Standby Generator Set installation, synchronizing and disposal of existing PCB-filled transformers with contract sum of RM 8.0 million
• MAS Computer & Training Centre and Hostel
  The largest single project development by Malaysian Airline System. Comprising three blocks of building, the Computer Centre, Training Centre, and Hostel Block. Scope of work involved High & Low Voltage Electrical Services, Standby Generator Set installation, and UPS system. The contract value was RM 23.0 million
• Wisma Cyclecarri
  One of the first intelligent high-rise building in Malaysia. Completed in 1993
• American Standard Inc. Factory at Tianjin, China
  A self-designed system which is remarkable for the entire factory in Tianjin, China. The project worth USD 2.5 million was completed successfully and according to schedule
• Amstan Sanitary ware Inc. Factory at Ho Chih Minh City, Vietnam
  With the success of project in Tianjin, China; the client thus again award another new factory in Ho Chih Minh City, Vietnam worth USD 2.8 million
• Menara Esso, Kuala Lumpur
  The ISO implemented project with sophisticated design system and quality control had improved his knowledge on electrical system and up to date project management skills
• Sogo Shopping Complex
  One of the largest HT project with 19.5 MVA HT intake & Genset, LT Installation Works

Leong Choon Keong is the Project Director of IT Usaha Engineering Sdn. Bhd. since 1998 with more than 14 years of working experience in Project Planning, Design, implementation, and management.

During his career, he was involved in design, project management, supervision, coordination, testing, and commissioning of a project. Among the projects undertaken by him included H.T. and L.V. Electrical System, Standy Genset, Infrastructure Planning, UPS, Building Automation, P.A. System, Telephone/PABX system, Lift Installation Services, Security System, and Critical System.
